基底神经节功能异常会引起帕金森病、肌张力障碍等运动障碍。(1)放电率模型:直接和间接通路之间的活动不平衡改变基底神经节输出核的平均放电率,诱发运动少动或多动性运动障碍;(2)放电模式:病变基底神经节的振荡和/或同步活动干扰基底神经节的信息处理,导致运动症状;(3)动态活动模式:神经元通过超直接、直接和间接途径的异常调节,干扰序列的动态活动变化,破坏输出核内运动相关抑制与其周围兴奋之间的平衡,导致运动症状。在这篇综述中,我们将批判性地讨论这三种模型。
